On the water
The patio and our window seats overlook Liberty Bay. Salt air and boats drifting by.
Slow mornings on Liberty Bay.
A waterfront coffee shop and café tucked into the heart of Little Norway. Organic espresso, our own Bohemian Roast, and a seat by the water that's worth the drive.

Poulsbo has been drawing people across the Sound for generations: the Scandinavian storefronts of Front Street, the boats bobbing in the marina, the slow, salt-air pace of a real waterfront town. We wanted a coffee shop that felt like it belonged here.
You'll find us inside the Greenhouse, a sunlit building we share with a neighboring plant shop, in the waterfront space many locals still remember as the Poulsbohemian Coffeehouse. We kept the soul of the place and added our own: carefully pulled organic espresso, hot breakfast burritos and breakfast sandwiches, hearty lunch sandwiches, and an assortment of pastries and snacks.
Settle into window seating overlooking the bay, grab one of our custom live-edge tables tucked among the plants, or perch at the front window and watch historic Front Street go by.
Park for free right across the street, come in for a quick cup on your way through town, or stay for the whole afternoon. Either way, you're welcome here.
From the waterfront patio to the front window on Front Street, there's a spot for every kind of coffee break.

Fresh air, rain or shine. This is the Pacific Northwest, after all.

Every shot we pull starts with Grounds for Change, an organic roaster just across the water on Bainbridge Island, known for exceptional beans and for giving back to causes they believe in.
Together we created a custom roast you won't find anywhere else. We named it the Bohemian in honor of the beloved coffeehouse that came before us, a small thank-you to everyone who has loved this corner of Poulsbo.
Our drip is Grounds for Change's Nordic roast (also sold by the bag), our cold brew is made with their Obsidian roast, and there's always decaf on hand.
"Grab a window seat, wrap your hands around something warm, and let Poulsbo slow you down."
